Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 60 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Ooni products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
